Athboy Community School will open a third class for Autistic Students in September 2024.
We are looking for a candidate with qualifications and experience in AEN and specifically ASD to oversee the transition of our new students, to teach some hours in An Cuan (our ASD centre) and to coordinate their support documentation.
It would be ideal but not essential if the candidate had qualifications in any of the following subject areas:
English
Maths
Music
RE

Shortlisting will be part of the interview process.
Interviews are provisionally scheduled for the end of May 2024
Canvassing will disqualify.

All appointments are subject to the sanction and approval of the Department of Education and Skills and are subject to the post not being required for the redeployment process.
